Just seeing how it works to make a quick post using my phone. I have been writing a page a day of flow of consciousness thoughts in my diary. it is much easier than transcription and it is great mental exercise, driving ids into my subconscious. I move forward.

I really outdid myself coming up with a grandiose title. Gargantuan idea, Lilliputian delivery.  If someone would like explanations or notes, all he/she needs to do is ask.

With this id for “happen” I repudiate the etymology of the word and its connection to “chance” (hap), and connect it instead to “must”– a healthier, more scientific orientation. Who knows what subtle negative influence a faulty word/concept can exert?

This ideogram project has given me a more dynamically interconnected mind. What do I mean by that? Well, the elements that constitute my mind–the conceptual commitments, mainly– have more structure in themselves AND more connections among themselves, and indeed in a continually electrically lively, creative way–utterly open-ended.

I am pleased with this Vedanta-inspired id for “gods” and with how I can clearly make a noun out of “this” to fit the Vedantic conceptual approach.

I am pleased with my new id for “quantum” using “only”.  Perhaps someone else will appreciate the aptness of it.

Every time I create a new id I build my mind and increase my treasure store of rich, delightful tools for thought. And I create many every day.

“Cognitive science” devotees who put stock in Mark Johnson’s contention that image schemas are functionally important for categorization should appreciate this.
